Prep & Removal Tips
-
“My nail is lifting , what do I do?”
Remove it, clean the nail, and reapply with fresh glue. Don't glue over moisture or debris.“My press-on popped off.”
Keep it! If the nail is still intact, it can be reapplied after properly prepping your natural nail.“My nails aren’t staying on.”
Make sure you’re properly prepping your natural nails. Oils, lotion, moisture, and leftover cuticle products can prevent the glue from bonding properly.“The nail doesn’t fit perfectly.”
If a nail is slightly too large, you can gently file the sides to create a better fit. Never force a press-on that is too small onto your natural nail.“I ordered the wrong size.”
