Changes, cancellations, or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
Changes, cancellations, reschedules made within 24 hours, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Appointments that are 15 minutes or more late may be cancelled and will be charged the full cost of the service. We encourage arriving on time so you can enjoy your full experience

Repairs within 72 hours of your service are complimentary. (must be contacted in that time frame with photos)
Repairs within one week of your service can be completed at no extra charge.
Repairs needed after one week will require a new manicure set.
Proper aftercare is key to maintaining and protecting your nails. Aftercare instructions will be explained during your appointment, and aftercare cards are available for you to take home*

Additional guests are not allowed unless prior approval is given. This ensures a calm and relaxing environment for everyone. We pride ourselves for offering a one on one experience.
